Who we are

This website is operated by Revive Integrated Services W.L.L. (commercial registration 243987), Doha, State of Qatar. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. You can reach us at info@reviveqa.com or +974 5500 9489.

What we collect

The enquiry form on this website does not send or store anything itself. It prepares a message in your own email app or WhatsApp, and we receive it only if you press Send there. That message contains the details you entered: your name, company (optional), email address (optional), mobile number, property type and location, approximate size (optional), the service you are asking about and your message.

If you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we hold the details you provide in that correspondence.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records technical data for each visit, such as the IP address, browser type, date and time and the pages requested, in server logs used for security and operation.

Enquiries sent through the form on the previous version of this website, before October 2026, may have been stored on our web hosting. Any such records are kept only for the purpose they were sent for and are subject to the retention period below.

We do not ask for, and you should not send, government identification numbers, payment card details or other sensitive data through this website.

How we use it

We use enquiry details only to respond to your request, to arrange a site visit or inspection, to prepare a quotation or proposal, and, where you proceed, to deliver the service and keep the records a service agreement requires. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Enquiries reach us through our company mailbox or our company WhatsApp account. Messages sent by WhatsApp are carried by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy, and email is carried by your email provider and ours. We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only to service providers acting for us, to professional advisers where necessary, and where required by the laws of the State of Qatar or a competent authority.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own hosting, so no third-party font service receives your IP address.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details that do not lead to a service are deleted within twelve months of the last contact. Where a service is provided, records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for the period required by Qatari commercial and tax regulations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016) you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to its processing. Write to info@reviveqa.com and we will respond within thirty days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise the matter with the competent authority in Qatar.

Security

This website is served over an encrypted connection. Enquiry details are held in access-controlled systems and are available only to staff who need them to respond to you. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the current version.
