ReviveCheck

Property Inspection & Health Intelligence

Know your property, protect its value. A diagnostic visit across eight property systems: photographed findings, a priority for each item, the Property Health Score and a signed condition report, optionally followed by an itemised quotation and the approved works.

Two ways to buy the inspection

Option 1

Inspection and Health Assessment

Nothing is repaired. The output is information: the findings register, the Property Health Score and the signed report.

Option 2

Inspection with Recommended Repair Works

The inspection plus an itemised quotation. You pick the items; Revive carries them out, tests each one and closes it with before-and-after photographs.

Independent by design

The inspection is a diagnostic service in its own right. Clients receive the facts whether or not they buy repairs from Revive, and the assessment is kept apart from any commercial pressure. A villa takes one visit; the report and any quotation follow it.

ProcessFrom first call to close-out

From first call to close-out

The sequence is the same for a single villa and for a whole compound: eleven steps in five stages, from the first call to the close-out record.

  1. Visit

    1. 1

      Client contact

Property type, location and concerns. Scope, access and a date are confirmed.

    2. 2

      Site orientation

Layout, systems and history are reviewed so the checklist fits the building.

    3. 3

      Inspection

Every item in Systems A to H is rated against the checklist. A system the property does not have is marked Not applicable.

  2. Record

    1. 4

      Findings

Defects, risks and observations are recorded with location and reference number.

    2. 5

      Photograph and make safe

Each finding is photographed. A safety hazard is made safe on the day, never waiting for a quotation.

  3. Assess

    1. 6

      Property Health Score

Findings roll up into one score and a rating per system.

    2. 7

      Recommendations

Each finding receives a priority from Immediate to Routine and a practical action.

  4. Decide

    1. 8

      Itemised quotation

Priced per work item, grouped by priority and trade, each line tied to a finding.

    2. 9

      The client selects

Approve now, phase, or postpone, item by item. Nothing is bundled.

  5. Deliver

    1. 10

      Works

By trade, in risk order. Every repair is tested, verified and closed with evidence.

    2. 11

      Follow-up

Close-out record, maintenance recommendations, and optional ongoing care with re-scoring.

What the inspector walks, for a villa

The distribution boards and every socket; every A/C unit and its drain; the tanks, pumps, heaters and drainage; the walls, ceilings, floors and wet-area waterproofing; the kitchen and wardrobe joinery; the roof, parapets, gate and external lighting; the fire and safety items; and, where the villa has a garden, the planting, irrigation, drainage and garden hardscape.

DeliverablesWhat the client receives

What the client receives

Four documents, in this order: the findings register and report, the Property Health Score, the itemised quotation, and after works, the close-out record. Each refers to the one before it by finding reference.

  • Property Health Score with a rating for each of the eight systems, or Not applicable where a system is absent.
  • Condition inspection report with photographed, referenced findings and an executive summary, reviewed, stamped and signed before issue.
  • Risks identified and rated Critical to Low, with a make-safe record for any hazard addressed on the spot.
  • Recommended actions for every finding.
  • Itemised quotation by individual work item, grouped by priority, so you choose what to proceed with now.
  • Close-out record after works: before-and-after photographs, test results and certificates.
  • Maintenance recommendations for the next cycle, and options for ongoing care with periodic re-scoring.

Demonstration data. It does not describe any real property. In an issued report every finding carries its own photographs. None are shown here because this extract is demonstration data, not a real inspection.

Illustrative figures only, not a price list. Each line refers to a finding in the report; capital replacements and specialist works are quoted and approved separately.

Transparency is the product

The quotation is broken down by individual work item, each referring to a finding in the report. You decide which items to proceed with immediately and which to postpone. Nothing is bundled, and nothing is priced that has not been shown.
